La Fàbrica is a project born with the desire to reopen and rehabilitate an old sausage factory in Sant Miquel de Balenyà, restoring its spaces to accommodate creative companies and a photography set.

The services provided by La Fàbrica include location services for advertising or artistic projects such as photo shoots, video shoots, short films, etc.

The Photo Set, located on the second floor of the building, has a spacious area of 150 m2 and an additional space of 30 m2. It is equipped with heating (wood stove), electrical installation, wifi connection, four windows facing south, and one facing west, allowing for natural light throughout the day.

Located in a unique rural environment, La Fàbrica offers the peace and tranquility necessary to work with quality. Its proximity to the Balenyà-Tona-Seva train station (located 500 meters away) and the C17 highway facilitates connections.
